Why 3-layer
In a 3-layer jacket the face fabric, waterproof-breathable membrane and inner backer are laminated into a single fabric. With no loose lining to snag, a 3-layer shell is typically lighter, less bulky and more durable than 2-layer constructions, which is why it is the standard for technical hiking, trekking and alpine outerwear.

What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is [50] pieces per style, with sampling available before bulk production. Contact us for smaller trial runs.
Can you add my logo and brand labels?
Yes. We offer embroidery, woven and rubber patches, silicone and heat-transfer prints, reflective prints, woven neck labels, care labels, hangtags and custom packaging. Send your artwork as vector files or high-resolution PNG.
What does 3-layer mean?
A 3-layer jacket laminates the face fabric, a waterproof-breathable membrane and an inner backer into one fabric. There is no loose lining, so the jacket is typically lighter and more durable than 2-layer constructions.
What does DDP mean and what does it cover?
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means your quoted price includes freight, customs clearance, import duties and taxes to your delivery address, so there are no surprise charges on arrival. Ask us to confirm DDP coverage for your country.
How long do samples and bulk orders take?
Samples typically take [7–10] days and bulk production [25–35] days after sample approval, depending on quantity, fabric availability and logo method.
Can I develop my own jacket design?
Yes. Send sketches, reference photos of your own design or a tech pack, and we handle pattern making, sampling and grading.
Do you copy other brands’ designs or use their logos?
No. AMDOU manufactures jackets to your own specification and under your own label. We do not reproduce other brands’ logos, trademarks or protected designs, and we ask that all artwork you send is yours to use.
Do you make women’s and unisex sizes?
Yes. Men’s, women’s and unisex patterns are available, and we can grade a custom size run to your size chart.
